Proposals for IDS for a new residential block in Glenhaven Avenue

STF received a positive response from Hertsmere Borough Council in January 2017 for a proposal for this site, on behalf of the Industrial Dwellings Society, of 32 dwellings with associated parking and landscaping. This was submitted to replace the current planning permission by others of 17no 1 and 2 bedroom flats.

The officers had no objections to the proposals on the grounds of principle, design and visual impact, residential amenity, access and servicing.

The design was considered of a high quality, and capable of making a positive contribution to the streetscape.

The new proposals for IDS provide 32no 1, 2 and 3 bedroom flats of mixed tenure.
