STF worked on the refurbishment of a 400m² basement area in Great Titchfield Street, to create a new base for Chabad Lubavitch of Bloomsbury.

Planning permission was granted for opening up the sealed lightwells at pavement level, to bring daylight and fresh air to the basement, and to form a new secondary means of escape.
