A redundant Sheltered Housing Scheme was demolished and replaced with 10 new houses for the Agudas Israel Housing Association,specially designed for large families.

One was adapted for the special needs of a family whose child suffers from a severe allergy disorder. Construction was completed in 1999 at a cost of £1M.
